Maybe Google Drive (where all the videos are hosted... better, almost all the videos) allow on the same video only a number of views for the same IP. Try to use a free VPN addon (I use Urban VPN, available for free for Chrome and Firefox), also clearing the cache could help.
If you still have problems, in the end you can always download the video and play on your PC.
I apparently watched this too many times it wont let me watch again, is there a cooldown?

It works now. I think its a 12 hour cooldown
